Experience such "exciting", experiences, as waiting for a customer to be ready!  Getting crappy tips!  The chef judging your order!  Standing motionless while you wait for the customer to leave so you can collect your tip!  And feeding an unsuspecting elderly couple what I'm pretty sure is just the rotting skull of a gelatinous alien atop fried rice!  All for less money than anyone could possibly live on!
